This is our second year buying coffee from Estela, and this honey-processed lot was made exclusively for us. Los Cenizos, located beyond Volcán, produces some of the highest-elevation Gesha in Panama. In the cup we find a very floral profile of jasmine, neroli, nectarine, and lemon.
