At SEY, we take pride in the quality of our premium food products; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund or replacement. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items that have been opened or consumed.
Return Process

For damaged or incorrect items, please attach clear photographs of the product and its packaging to help us expedite your claim.
- 3.Prepare Your Package
If a return is required, ensure the items are unopened and in their original packaging, then apply the prepaid shipping label provided by our team.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement product within 3-5 business days.
