Marta and Jose are an inspiring young couple who grew up in the countryside of Antioquia. After marrying, they purchased a farm high up in Urrao and chose to focus on quality by planting one of our favorite varieties: Chiroso. In the cup we find a structured profile, excellent density, and notes of gooseberry, lychee, and chamomile.
